Storage and Data Retention Period

The period during which the data are stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is collected and processed. In cases where there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and retained for two (2) years after their collection, on a secure server with restricted access.

ERGONTOTIS has implemented a data protection management system that constitutes a governance model for this sector, in order to ensure the existence of the ideal conditions for the protection of users’ personal data.
